Personal Description:

I am a young educator and artist. I work with many different materials and concepts including sculpture, painting, drawing, digital, photography and concepts linked with microbiology and mycology. I work professionally as an artist as well as a tutor for classes in schools as well as private tutoring. I aid development through writing at all levels and coursework guidance. I also offer portfolio help and lessons on understanding the way to develop your work to get the highest grade possible.

Tutoring Experience:

I have a vast range of experience in teaching, it all began whilst studying my BA at The University of Westminster, for 4 years on the Art & Science module - Broad Vision which is an interdisciplinary Art & Science module, mixing disciplines such as, Illustration, Imaging Science, Life Sciences, Photography and Contemporary Media Practice.

I have been private tutoring for over a year on many different platforms, I assist with sculpture, painting, coursework and writing at all levels.

I regularly run workshops in galleries for students of all ages and abilities. I also run workshops and classes in schools, I have worked with The Royal Microscopic Society, Penrice Academy in Cornwall, The Royal Society for The Big Draw Event and I have worked with Orleans House working with young adults with severe learning difficulties.

Tutoring Approach:

My approach to teaching depends on the student. I have experience working with children who have learning difficulties and consider myself having broad teaching techniques. When teaching art I like the student to be hands on about experimenting with new materials as well as heavy theory to aid their development within their projects. I also teach writing at all levels and link this to the students practical work so that the development goes hand in hand. I am available to travel to the students house or meet half way, which ever way suits the student.
