Highly experienced A-level (and GCSE) Economics and Mathematics tutor. Possess a First-Class Honours in Economics BSc (UCL - University College London). With a 100% success rate of students achieving AT LEAST an A/A* grade.
I have a First- Class Honours in Economics BSc from UCL (University College London), graduating as one of the top students in the class. I have been teaching, tutoring and running crash courses in A-level Economics, A-level Mathematics and GCSE Mathematics for the past 7 years.
My mission is simple – to get each and every one of my students AT LEAST an A in their subject. I have a passion for teaching and helping my students achieve A* grades in their GCSE and A-level exams. Every single one of my students has achieved at least an A in the subject that I was teaching them with the majority achieving an A* grade. I currently specialise in Economics, Mathematics and Further Mathematics (A-level + GCSE).
I am results driven, making sure that every single part of the syllabus for the course is covered and that my student is 100% ready to perform better than expected in their exam. I truly believe that I can help any student achieve at least an A in either Mathematics or Economics no matter what their current level is and have not yet been proven wrong! I have had students that were on D grades after their January mock exams that have come to me and subsequently achieved A* grades in their final exams the same year. I am fully confident in my ability to deliver top results for my students.
Currently available on weekends and weekday evenings, specialising in Economics A-level (Edexcel, OCR, AQA, WJEC, ICAAE, CIE), Mathematics A- level (Edexcel, OCR, OCR MEI, AQA) and GCSE Mathematics. I also offer tuition services to University students reading Economics as well as personal statement help for those applying to university.

Have been teaching, tutoring and organising crash courses for independent schools/academies and small groups of students for the past 7 years. Currently run the A-level Mathematics, Further Mathematics and Economics course at a private school in Hampstead as well tutoring over 30+ students a week privately in a one on one or group setting
All of my students have achieved their predicted grade or higher (A/A*) in the subject I have taught them (for both ALEVEL and GCSE). I have a passion for teaching and helping my students get the highest grade they can. Every student I have tutored has achieved an A/A* in the subject I have taught them.
GCSE/A-level Students: My students usually come from a mix of different types of schools, some from state , some from grammar and some from independent schools. Listed are some of the schools that my students attend/have attended: Queen Elizabeth's School, The Henrietta Barnett School, The Tiffin Girl's School, Uppingham School, Dulwich College, King Edward's Witley, Bancroft's School, the Lycée, Eton College, Millfield, St Paul's School, Westminster School, City of London School, Fortismere School, St Michael's Grammar, Highgate School, The Latymer School, North London Collegiate School, Mill Hill School, King's College School, Dame Alice Owen's School, Sevenoaks and some more.
University students: My university students mostly come from The London School of Economics and University College London, this is because I am most familiar with the Economics course structure/programme at these universities as well as the exam format. However, sometimes I do work with students from other universities.
TYPE OF TUITION
I offer both face to face and online tuition.
All face to face tuition takes place from my house.
With regards to online tuition I use my MacBooks and a Virtual Whiteboard to illustrate concepts and write, it is very effective.
The advantage of tutoring over being taught in a class is that the tutor is able to tailor work according to the student's ability and attainment. Typically students have gaps in their knowledge which are holding them back from progressing. I will fill in these gaps in knowledge, take my student through the syllabus and allow them to achieve the highest grade that is possible for them. I am 100% confident in my tutoring abilities and believe I can help anyone achieve the highest grade they can if they are willing.
Having tutored for such a long time and liaising frequently with examiners, I am proficient in how different exam boards allocate marks (this is especially important for Economics) and know how to maximise my students' essay writing skills to gain the maximum marks possible.
