I am currently working as a year 6 teacher in Manchester City centre. I am the literacy lead for the whole school with specialist skills in upper KS2 (years 5 and 6).

Tutoring Experience

I have been a teacher for seven years and have worked in years 2, 5 and 6. As I mentioned above, I am currently the literacy lead at school and provide trained my for other members of staff surrounding reading and writing. As a school we have had the best ever SATs results this year and we are currently working with the UK’s leading literacy specialists to ensure that our subject knowledge is up to date.

Tutoring Approach

I am willing to travel up to 5 miles from home/school and I am available most evening bus and weekends.
