Striving for success, a versatile, diligent, organised and highly motivated Pharmacology graduate with a strong passion for teaching and tutoring. Currently an Experimental Pharmacology MSc student, I enjoy overcoming challenges and am an energetic team player.

I have gained invaluable skills from my work and volunteering experiences over the years. These have enabled me to develop various skills necessary to be a good tutor. Through teaching at various levels and to various age groups I gained important communication, creativity, social and ethical skills. The skills I have gained have helped shape me as a person academically as well as professionally.

Tutoring Experience

I teach from 5+ to 11+ at a private tuition centre. Similarly, I teach GCSE Science (All three) and Maths at another private college as well as A-level Biology. I also do home and online tuition independently. I have also been trained to conduct A-level Biology practical endorsement tasks.

Tutoring Approach

My approach to tutoring depends on the student and the learning experience and behaviour. A more general approach I use is; Read- watch- read- practice- teach!

Once a student reads/approaches a topic, they must watch an interactive video or a tutor demonstrating or teaching them the subject, then they should re-read the subject and practice questions on it. Once a student is able to teach that subject or topic to someone else, then they have fully learnt the topic.

I will provide the student with a highly motivating, informative and productive tutoring session.
