I am passionate about enabling my students to navigate the learning process so that they can reach their potential in what can often be complex, learning and exam systems. I am also a Life-Long Learning and I am about be begin my PhD studies. I am a mum of 2 grown up children, each have achieved excellence in their areas of study and are pursuing their passions in life. I love to travel and experience different cultures and lived internationally for over 10 years, part of which was spent teaching in international schools. I love gardening, dogs and golf.

Tutoring Experience

I have had over 15 years teaching and mentoring student from GCSE to University level in subjects such as English, History, Politics and Social Science. I am passionate about teaching students to harness their own, unique LEARNING STYLES to achieve their best results. I am also a highly qualified wellbeing and mental health coach.

Tutoring Approach

Students often get overly stressed when working on assignments and attending exams. They then struggle to gain the GRADES that they are capable of getting. I help my student to develop learning strategies that maximise their understanding of their subject and retain the right content. They become CALMER and more CONFIDENT in their abilities to achieve the grades that they aim for. To further enhance their learning, we do exercises that enable them to remain calm and focus in times of stress.
