I am a native French speaker with excellent Spanish and experience of living in Spain as well as Britain. I am approachable, patient and very enthusiastic about language learning.
I am a fully qualified teacher (PGCSE )with over 25 years' experience of the British Education system (Primary, GCSE, A Level) in both French and Spanish.
I have taught in secondary schools since 1991.
I have also taught business French and Spanish.
I have extensive experience of tutoring and I believe that tutoring allows for a totally individual approach to language learning. Learning a language can be intimidating especially in the context of a classroom and individual support help boost confidence. I believe that tutoring allows for a range of teaching approaches. As a tutor, I try to cater each lesson to individual needs. So my first lesson is always about working out what your needs are and how to support your examination skills and manage stress if you are preparing for GCSE, iGCSE or A Levels.
