I am a qualified secondary school teacher. I have an MA Cantab from Cambridge where I did my degree in History with Education.
Currently I am teaching History and Sociology in a secondary school in Buckinghamshire.
I am also an examiner for AQA A level Sociology
Tutoring Experience
I qualified as a History teacher in 2008. Since then I have taught History, Sociology and Religious Studies in mixed Comprehensive schools for almost 10 years.
I have taught History and Sociology at GCSE and A-level and many of my students have gone onto study at university.
I have been in charge of both History and Sociology departments.
Tutoring Approach
I am a very thorough teacher and believe it is important to take the time to get to know my students own strengths and weaknesses. I will make it very clear with a step by step approach so the student can see what topic/skill we are studying and see where their learning is progressing.
