I have lived in King's Lynn for 41 years and have worked in the local area all that time.
I love Maths and still enjoy teaching young people of any age but would also like the opportunity to work with older learners.
I have taught Maths for 44 years:
16 years in mainstream high schools, where I held positions of responsibility in both academic and pastoral roles.
22 years in local authority alternative education working with permanently excluded children, children with special needs and those with medical needs or mental health issues. During this time I was responsible for Maths and Senior Leader for 14 years, this included leading a team of secondary teachers and coordinating education for secondary pupils.
For the last 6 years I have worked exclusively with students on a 1:1 basis. Mainly working towards GCSE Maths but also with children from KS1 upwards.
