Recently retired full time Teacher of English at a school in Bolton, with extensive experience teaching English at KS3,and GCSE at KS4. AQA and Eduqas exam boards at GCSE and OCR at A level.
Also able to assist students who have not achieved Level 4 in English Language.

Former Second Head in English with extensive knowledge of GCSE. 100% pass rate of all my GCSE tutees over the past five years.
Tutoring Approach
Personal tutoring to meet the needs of the tutee. An enhancement of the learning they do in class, tailored to meet the needs of the individual.
I am fully aware that some students need confidence building as well as academic help and strongly believe that if they feel good about themselves they will have a positive attitude towards the exams. Now teaching on Zoom.
