Fun, professional and a natural with tutees, I am approachable and easy to get along with. I love to teach, I love to play sport and am a very outdoors person. I grew up sailing on the Norfolk Broads and riding horses. I have a passion for teaching children in a traditional manner yet with tailored lessons to suit each type of student.

Tutoring Experience

I have an LLB, LLM and PGCE in Biology
I am an experienced Common Entrance tutor ISEB and Scholarship 13+ and 11+ tutor and have excellent feedback and results to show this. I have helped students get into some of the top schools in the country including Brighton College. I am also an experienced in tutoring students for their undergrad law degree.
I have experience in getting students into top universities to study vocational and competitive courses with students getting into OXBRIDGE, Med, Vet med and Law. I am fully insured and absolutely love my job, there is nothing better than seeing students happy and focused.

Tutoring Approach

I believe all students are different and so you must work out the child's learning style quickly to keep them engaged and enjoying it! It is so important that the child enjoys the time they spend with their tutor so that they actually absorb the information being taught. I am fun yet with a 'no nonsense' attitude, I find it easy to build a good rapport with my students and it is easy because I love what I do.

I am very skilled in helping students with exam technique whether its Common entrance exams or University entrance exams I can help. Personally I have successfully helped students gain places in top private schools, achieve higher grades than they had hoped for as well as gain places on vocational and professional courses such as Veterinary Medicine, Pharmacy and Law. If you need help writing personal statements then I can do this too and coach students through interview processes.
