From the moment I reached out to Kelly she has been excellent. She has focused on areas that my daughter needed support with and used exam paper questions to ensure an exam focused learning. My daughter’s confidence has grown immensely. As the parent I have appreciated receiving emails after lessons providing a summary of what was covered and how my daughter is progressing. Kelly has also been flexible when we have needed to change the start time of a lesson. Would highly recommend.

I am so happy to have found Kelly for my son to help prepare for his IT AS Level exam.
Kelly has made him feel much more confident about the subject and made him realize he knows more than he thought. She is very clear in her explanations and relates it to everyday life which helps with my son's understanding of the IT terminology.
Hopefully we will be able to carry on with Kelly for the next academic year.

We didn't continue tuition with Kelly due to a mismatch in style, which became apparent in the introductory session. However, I have rated based on communication during the process and it was always very prompt.

My daughter likes the questions at the end of each session to consolidate her knowledge. She likes to choose the topics to go over in the session. She is understanding the topic more with the help of Kelly.

I’m grateful for all computer science lessons. My DS’s Year 10 grade increased from 6 to 9 in couple of months, thanks to Kelly. She is always focusing on the need and well connected with us giving continuous feedback on my son’s situation and improvement. She is very disciplined and always on time.

Kelly was a nice lady, but on having spoken to her after her details were released, we realised that she couldn't tutor my son as she only tutored someone who needed more complex help in computer science not at GCSE levels

Dear Milan,

Thank you for your feedback but I do believe there is a misunderstanding. It was not until the complimentary consultation that I offer that your son requires help in specifically in C Sharp coding language which I do not teach (as I teach Python). If this was made clear prior to payment of details I would have recommended that you find another tutor as it would be unprofessional and unethical for me to agree to tutor your son an area I do not teach in.

Moving forward I feel it would beneficial that when contacting tutors you communicate specifically the support required.

I do understand that you have made a payment to first tutors (not to myself) and my services are not suited to your needs and if you contact them and explain the situation I will be more than happy to support you if you ask them to contact me. Please do understand the release fee is paid to first tutors only.

I apologies that I could not hep you this time and for the misunderstanding, I wish you luck on your search for a tutor and all the best to your son in his studies.
