I am a trainee secondary school History teacher. I offer tuition in History, Spanish and English as an additional language (EAL). I have been teaching for 3 years and I have recently joined the Removed programme.
I am a graduate of the University of London, Goldsmiths College. In 2012 I gained a First Class Honours in History and Politics. In 2016 I completed a 1 year Masters degree in Latin American history at the University of Granada, Spain.
I am currently History teacher at a state school in East London.I also have 2 years tutoring and teaching English as a foreign language to students of all levels. I have taught English to all levels in both academies as well as online and in intensive courses to university students.
I am flexible but tend towards a student-centered approach. I like to develop the skills of self-reflection and self-analysis in my students, helping them to understand where errors and misconceptions lie, rather than simply telling them it is wrong, or telling them the right answer.
