JonathanFrom Mary (5/5): (A-Level Economics) I would thoroughly recommend Jonathan as a tutor. He was incredibly helpful and considerate during the tutoring sessions. Jonathan explained the topics in a way that was tailored to my daughters individual learning style, he was patient, reliable and also flexible regarding tuition times. With Jonathan’s encouragement my daughter went into her A level economics exam with confidence and came out with an A* at the end.

The sessions I had with Jonathan were always very relaxed and tailored to what I wanted to do and what I felt I needed to work on. He explained things clearly and if I did not grasp the concept the first time he would try different approaches until I finally understood. Together we went through numerous past papers and it was always very useful to have one on one feedback on what I had written. Most importantly to me, Jonathan was very good at giving advice and guidance on exam technique which is where I had been going wrong in the past. All in all the tutoring was a great help and made a huge difference to my results, where I raised my unit 2 grade from a D to an A, and my unit 3 from a C to an A.
