I am a chemist with teaching experience in various universities, including Russell Group, and also tutorial teaching experience at “A” level, having taught chemistry at “A” level for over 20 years. I live in Hampton, Middlesex and generally teach in the student’s home.

Tutoring Experience

I have taught at degree level in various universities (lectures and tutorials) and one-to-one lessons in “A” level for over 20 years. Several recent students have gone on to study medicine and dentistry and also, in one recent case, biology at Oxford.

Tutoring Approach

I have a patient supportive style. Lessons are student-led in that they choose the topic and identify the specific areas of weakness. I have the experience necessary to be able to show unusual and helpful ways of learning difficult topics.
