Hi, I'm Joe and tutor maths and physics. For physics I cover GCSE and A-Level content, and for maths I cover GCSE, A-Level (inc. further), some degree content as well as foundation level and specialist courses.

I have a current Enhanced DBS certificate and both level 1 and 2 Safeguarding and Protecting Children certificates (I am also a Badminton coach).

Tutoring Experience

I have several years experience tutoring GSCE and A-Level Mathematics and Physics, as well as maths content in university courses such as computer science, economics, business management and biology. I specialise in the higher levels but I also have a lot of experience tutoring GCSE, foundation and maths content in specialist courses such as marine engineering.

I have also completed the GPROF teaching course at the University of Portsmouth, including some assistant tutoring to computer science degree students.

Tutoring Approach

I tend to work based around exam papers so let me know which examining board / curriculum you are doing and we can start from there.

For university subjects or specialist courses, I require a copy of the materials you are working on because the topics can become very diverse at that level. I do enjoy helping with that content though as it can be quite varied.
