If you are interested in getting top grades, I can help you. I am a full time Geography teacher and Head of Sixth Form in one of the best Grammar Schools in the country. Cambridge University educated and BA (hons) from the Department of Earth Studies, Aberystwyth. I have 25 years experience and my students consistently make outstanding progress. I am married with two chidren and enjoy leading expeditions around the globe.
Tutoring Experience
I am a teacher with over 25 years experience working in a variety of secondary schools. I am a Geography Examiner for AQA. I currently work in an outstanding Grammar School my classes gain some of the highest results in the school. My students consistently gain Grade 9 at GCSE and A* at A Level. I also deliver Competitive University workshops and support students who aspire to go to Oxford and Cambridge. I am also able to teach those with Special Educational Needs and have led a department working with students with a range of behavioural issues. I aim to explain the subject in a way that makes it relevant and interesting to each of my students.
Tutoring Approach
I will work through theory, examination papers and mark schemes with you to help you to identify how to gain the top marks. Be prepared to work hard to get the grades you need. I believe all students are capable of getting high grades and will do my utmost to support you to do this.
