Tutoring Approach

The amount of A*-B grades awarded by the exam board have been significantly lower this year (44%) but this has not been the case in my students who have continued to achieve over 75% A*-B grades with 100% A*-C
A levels have always described as being a big step up from GCSE and I know that having a tutor, giving one to one support, can help to give a real boost.
I am on hand to give advice and support outside of scheduled lesson times.
I set regular homework tasks and past exam paper questions to assess progress.
I can give written reports and verbal feedback on your son / daughter’s progress if required.
If you have any questions please just ask!
** Please do not proceed until you are sure that I can meet your needs. Unfortunately, First Tutors do not allow me to speak to you privately, so you will need to message me through their platform. Thank you. **
I am sorry but I don’t offer free trial lessons but I can speak to you before the planned lesson to discuss your needs.
