I am a dedicated and caring teacher, who works well with all ages, abilities and dispositions. I work to ensure that all pupils/clients fully understand concepts, before moving on to new areas. I have had great success with all my pupils, helping some to raise their grades by 3 levels. I am happy to work face-to-face or online (Teams).

Tutoring Experience

I have over 30 years teaching experience in the Primary, Secondary, State, Private and Further Education sectors. I have also been a tutor for 13 years, working with Primary and Secondary pupils, some of whom missed school due to anxiety or health issues, and some of whom simply wished to improve their grades. Adults have also benefitted from my patient approach, as I always encourage and inspire clients to succeed.

Tutoring Approach

I feel clients of all ages, respond to my caring, encouraging approach. It is also important, I believe, to ensure that no pupil or adult client feels left behind, without a secure understanding. This approach has ensured success, and great feedback, from all my clients to date.
