Jamie is a great tutor. He's super organised and his group lessons are great value. My daughter is much more confident with her Higher Chemistry than before.

Charlotte is a great biology tutor for my son.
She helps him by going through topics that he was struggling to understand and presets them in a way that he can get his head around. The sessions are engaging whilst covering each topic in detail, followed by practice exam questions to ensure his understanding.

Charlotte is friendly, flexible and overall an excellent tutor who I strongly recommend.

Jamie is working well with Madison in the sessions she has had and hopefully this will continue until her exams are over.
I feel Madison needs to utilise Jamie more with things she is struggling with, and not be scared to ask as Jamie is very approachable.

Currently only 4 lessons in, but our Daughter is really enjoying her experience so far. She comes away from her lessons with Jamie feeling really happy and confident. The communication from Jamie (central tutors) is excellent. Our Daughter has already said she feels the improvements already in school.

Jamie has been great at motivating our son to study, as his tutoring has continued we have seen a great change in our sons confidence in the subject and with that has come growing motivation as he feels he is doing better.

We contacted Jamie to help our daughter with Higher Chemistry. From the outset, we could see that Jamie came with an excellent reputation and having achieved some quality outcomes. The point at which we were convinced that Jamie was right for us, was when he held a free 15 minute consultation with us all where he detailed the way he approached lessons and the specific ways he helped his students.

Out daughter took an instant shine to Jamie's approach and the way he spoke about his methods. It was a very easy choice to engage with Jamie to help achieve the results we were looking for.

Needless to say that Jamie has been fantastic. The ease in which he engages with all students in his group is noticeable and, more valuable, is the way he asks students individually if they understand what is being discussed and if they have any questions. In addition, all students have an open invitation to contact Jamie outside arranged classes to clarify or raise any areas with which they are struggling.

All-in-all, I think we would have struggled to find somebody with the attitude, approach and knowledge that we have seen from Jamie. I would recommend him to anyone.

My daughter's confidence in maths and chemistry has come on leaps and bounds since she started tutoring with Jamie. He makes sure to focus on the areas she has trouble with and always follows up with extra support via email for any tricky problems.

My son has participated in Jamie's virtual group Chemistry sessions and found them helpful. After each session, Jamie sends over the session notes, which are a great reminder of what has been covered. If you are looking to be tutored as part of a group, I can recommend Jamie.

My daughter has been joining online lessons for the last month. From the start Jamie has been very approachable, patient and has taken time out to speak to us about his approach and how the online lessons would work. My daughter is very comfortable with the lessons. Jamie is willing to help out with his tutorials and when my daughter has emailed him questions, he has always responded fully and quickly. Although it has only been a short period of time, I would not hesitate to recommend Jamie as a tutor.

She finds Jamie explains things really well and is helping her to understand some aspects she wasn’t sure about. The work covered after each session is forwarded to us so it is good as a parent to see what they have been doing and for the student to save for future reference and for revision.

Jamie has really helped my daughter to understand and simplify her maths

My daughter started maths tuition with Jamie a few months ago and we are so happy to have found him! Jamie is an excellent tutor, kind, patient and very organised. He has already improved her confidence and she looks forward to her lessons with him. We have no hesitation in recommending Jamie.

Jamie is super organised and communicates really well about all aspects of the classes, the content and the admin. Jamie has been helping my daughter study towards her higher chemistry. She has a place in one of the small groups with two other students online. Since the start she had gained considerable confidence about the subject thanks to Jamie’s clear and patient teaching. She enjoys the online sessions and feels that she understands some of the key concepts much better than she did before. Jamie creates an open and friendly atmosphere where students can learn in a way that makes them comfortable but stretches them at the same time. I’d highly recommend Jamie’s classes.

I have found Jamie to be very professional and well organised. Communication has been excellent. My daughter so far has had only a few sessions with Jamie but from her feed back Demi-lee is loving her sessions already, she has found Jamie to be very helpful and explaining everything to her in a way she’s understanding better, we are both feeling confident for her prelims, Jamie is a great teacher made Demi-lee feel at ease and she’s becoming more confident with her maths, wish we had done this a lot sooner than now.

Jamie has been tutoring my 15 year old daughter for a few weeks in Nat 5 Chemistry. All the sessions have been tailored so areas that were causing concern for her have been fully revised. Jamie is very flexible, patient and friendly in his approach and he has extensive knowledge on the subjects that he teaches. Each session is planned in advance and he emails all the notes after the session which has proved useful for reference purposes. With every session my daughters confidence in the subject has increased. If you are looking for a friendly, knowledgeable tutor to motivate your child, I would highly recommend Jamie.

Jamie has taken on tutoring of my son for three topics. My son has found these sessions great at developing his learning of the work covered in school. The sessions are always planned in advance to ensure the sessions and tailored to suit current issues and topics from school.

After our first maths session with Jamie, my 12 year old son said, 'that was really fun'. He has never said that maths is fun before but now I see a real shift in his attitude towards maths. My daughter is being tutored for Higher Chemistry. She has only had two sessions so far but she feels very relaxed with Jamie. She feels comfortable asking him to explain work she finds tricky and Jamie provides explanations in ways she can understand. I just wish that we had found him sooner.
