We required 1-1, however, Jamal forgot to amend his bio, and only informing us a few hours before, that the lesson was on-line.

My son is doing an engineering course through college that leads to 2nd year university next year. He needed some help with the university course. Dr Jamal has been tutoring him for just over a month and my son has found these sessions extremely helpful. At short notice, Jamal managed to fit me in for tutoring during his busy schedule. Good communication and great teaching skills. I was struggling with mechanical engineering calculations but with Jamals guidance through understanding equations and the way mechanical systems work, he helped me work through past paper exam questions. I had 1 (2 hour) session, managed to cover a lot in such short time and I now feel a lot more confident going into my exam.
