Hi! I am currently working as a science teacher in London. I teach all 3 sciences across Key Stage 3 and GCSE, and also A level biology and BTEC Applied Science.

Tutoring Experience

At university I had a part-time tutoring job working 1-to-1 with GCSE and A level students in maths, biology and chemistry. My students went on to take degrees in medicine. Before university I also gained experience tutoring GCSE maths to a few neighbours.

Tutoring Approach

I like to encourage my students to lead the lesson so we can focus on what they find most challenging. I ensure I spend time explaining things in different ways to see how the student learns best. I start each lesson with a quick recap of the previous lesson and end with a summary/test of what was covered in the lesson.
