I am patient and easy going, with a casual manner. I want students to see me as a friend 'just helping them out ' rather than an instructor or teacher. I try to identify the student's weak points and target these to build the student's confidence, moving on only when the student is comfortable. I give my undivided attention to the student, listening carefully to their questions and concerns.
