I have a doctor of engineering degree with many years of teaching experience in the UK. I am very patient, approachable and try to make sure that learning takes place in a relaxed but studious situation and that my students understand all relevant mathematics topics that I cover in each session. I was an assistance examiner for both Edexcel and OCR over 6 years.
I have over 25 years teaching experience in all secondary school Mathematics that is all Key Stages, GCSE and A-Level Maths (including all further mathematics).
Please note that each of my teaching session lasts 2 hours (£80) for GCSE and £90 for A-level students. If you prefer to have 1h per week it is £50 or you can have one 2-hour session every other week. I do home tuition if your home is not more than 3 miles from my tuition place (University of Birmingham).
My teaching method:
(i) Initially, I follow the student's text book and solve all the exercises in each chapter so that he/she gets more confidence and become well-familiar with each topic.
(ii) I will find out topics that the student need more help and will go through them with many examples to rectify his/her shortcomings in those topics..
(iii) After completing the above two parts I will go through as many as possible past examination papers which certainly you will find it very useful.
However, of course your success is highly depends on yourself, if you work hard with my above method of teaching you will succeed.
