Helen had been really good at putting out Don at ease and supporting him with his work. We are very grateful.

Helen is working with my daughter on the lead up to her English Literature A-Level exams. Helen has helped her to gain further insight into the texts and has encouraged her to question her current interpretation of them. Helen is reliable, punctual and easy to work with.

So far my son has had three sessions with Helen and we're more than happy with everything. We thought it was a nice touch when Helen called to speak to us before the first session to ask what exactly we were looking for.

Helen has helped our daughter achieve fantastic grade in her English GCSE where her school English teacher was letting her down and we are very grateful. Our daughter is now going on to study English at A-Level and we are very proud.

Helen supported my son through GCSE English when he had lost time at school due to illness. He gained confidence with her support and was able to explore areas he found more challenging. He has now achieved a good GCSE pass. Thank you Helen.

My daughter is doing her first year of A Levels. The subject that she was finding the most difficult to study was Psychology. She was recently diagnosed with dyslexia and Helen made sure to ask her what her preferred ways of learning were and made sure she tailored her sessions to support her needs. She has helped Sophie to build up her confidence with her knowledge of this subject and this helped her to do well in her recent mock exam. We would definitely recommend Helen.

Helen has been a great help, she is helping me see things from different angles.

Helen is currently tutoring my husband, who is studying English as a second language. She made the first assessment of his level and adapted the learning programme to it. My husband can speak and understands much of the spoken language, but he misses some basic skills of grammar, so he feels frustrated when he makes mistakes. She speaks with him very patiently and pays attention to establishing a firm knowledge of the very basics that were missed previously. My husband likes the classes and feels more confident in speaking. Helen gives a good listening and speaking practice together with vocabulary knowledge.

Helen is really helping my daughter with her English. I am so pleased to have found her - nothing is too much trouble.

My daughter enjoyed these 5 lessons a lot. Although they were rather long (3 hours every day), Helen was doing great changing the types of exercises adequately to the needs and situation. They played, read, wrote, danced, role-payed and did many other things so my daughter was never bored and finished the lessons with a big smile. Thank you Helen once again and hope to continue one day!
