Hello, I lived in Germany for 10 years and love the language and culture. As a young soldier, I was posted to the lovely town of Hamelin in Lower Saxony in the early 90s and could only speak 3 words of German. Now I'm a Chartered Linguist!

Tutoring Experience

I trained at two outstanding schools in Hertfordshire, worked part-time at a mixed comprehensive and tutored privately. Last year, I worked at six different schools in Norfolk offering general cover.

Tutoring Approach

I do my best to make the lesson enjoyable with interesting visuals and different exercises to practice the four skills: reading, speaking, listening and writing. I have some good resources. It's also essential to know which exam board is relevant to the individual pupil, the exercise book that is used in school lessons and also the GCSE specification.
