Hello. My name is Fiona. I am qualified teacher of Maths and a Biomedical Science graduate. I am passionate about supporting students to make progress and achieve their desired results.
Tutoring Experience
I have been teaching as a fully qualified teacher for 5 years and tutoring for 6. I have worked in various schools so I have a lot of experience when it comes to tailoring my teaching to meet the needs of my students.
Tutoring Approach
Through my teaching experience, I have developed a strategy that is tailored to the learner. I have encountered many different types of learners from and I am aware of the barriers that may cause learning to be difficult and how to overcome them. As a teacher of Maths, I also believe in teaching different methods and allowing the learner to pick which one works for them.
