Having taught in numerous Secondary schools in London, I have a strong pedagogical understanding which is integral to my day-to-day practice and enables my students to make outstanding progress.

Tutoring Experience

I am a qualified teacher of Science with over 10 years of experience. I have worked with students with an array of interests, ranging from those who are now in Medical School to those who are currently studying Engineering. I have also worked with students from a range of academic backgrounds, including students from grammar and comprehensive schools. I have vast experience in making rapid progress with pupils of all abilities and enabling them to fulfil their aspirations.

Tutoring Approach

I place great emphasis on equipping students with exam strategies and provide exam materials that are relevant to the syllabus being taught. I also integrate strong contextual elements into my sessions which engages students and allows them to realise the real life applications of what is being taught. I continue to develop my pedagogical understanding and aim to maximize each and every students' outcomes by understanding, and catering for their individual needs. I set weekly homework to enhance retention of knowledge and further aid application of knowledge through further practice questions.
