Learning is very well structured with a great balance of revision and progression to more advanced material. The on-line lessons are great fun and open with a short conversation in Greek which reminds me of the progress I am making. I can thoroughly recommend Evangelia.

I selected Mrs. Evangelia with my daughter (13) and we have been really pleased with this decision. My daughter changed schools mid year and struggled with Latin. Evangelia identified gaps in my daughter's learning and through revising for the End of year assessments, she was able to support her in areas that she needed the most. Most importantly my daughter's approach towards the subject improved significantly. I will certainly contact Evangelia again for further lesson and I would highly recommend her.

Evangelina has been very helpful in refocussing me on spoken Greek.

I wanted to learn some ancient Greek, but from a native Greek speaker to understand how it differs from modern Greek, and Evangelia was perfect. She provided the structure and pace to help me achieve what I wanted; she set and marked homework and answered all my questions. The lessons were rigorous yet enjoyable. She is businesslike and friendly. It was a pleasure to study with her.

Eva has been an excellent tutor for me. She has been extremely supportive in my learning of modern Greek and has worked with me at my pace. She's always been very happy to answer my questions. She is a very patient and adaptable teacher, and I know that my lessons with Eva are tailored to my needs. I cannot recommend her highly enough!

I chose to commence Greek lessons with Eva 2 months ago, having read so many positive reviews of her work online.

She is extremely well organised and prompt to respond to any queries asked of her.

Her lesson format is well structured and she uses lots of different resources to get the most out of each session. She also has a good knack of gauging her students needs, and the lesson content is always just the right amount, neither too difficult nor too easy.

Most importantly for me though, Eva is an incredibly kind and good natured individual, and it is always a pleasure to participate in her classes.

Very nice, kind and very flexible. My son had only just started 2 months ago, and has already got up to the future tense! He has had very strong and encouraging progress thanks to Evangelia!

Update in May 2020. Thanks to Evangelia, my son received excellent comments from his school teacher who is really satisfied with his progress to GCSE standard in just 7 months. I totally recommends Evangelia.

Evangelia is a nice teacher !

Fantastic tutor. She broke down the lessons into different themes, for example a day at the beach, a day at the shopping centre, entertainment, tourism etc. It made the lessons really really interesting and was extremely helpful. If it wasn't for her I wouldn't have been able to communicate with my girlfriend's family. Amazing tutor that I would highly recommend!!!

Evangelia has been patient and encouraging tutor. She understood that my need to know Greek was to be able to converse at a simple level, with the local people when on holiday and she tailored my lessons to that effect.
I will definitely return to her in the future.

Evangelia is a very friendly teacher and I thoroughly enjoyed my first Greek lesson. I have a lot to improve on but I feel confident that Evangelia will be able to get me to the standard I need.

Evangelia is an excellent teacher. She is so patient and will tailor her teaching methods to accommodate her students learning requirements. Whilst I feel I might struggle with some words, she is always very enthusiastic and encouraging. We also have fun and I really enjoy the lessons. Thoroughly recommended with 5 stars!

Evangelia is a very good tutor. She is patient,conscientious and demonstrates flexibility by structuring the teaching sessions so that they match my individual requirements.I am happy to have Evangelia as a tutor.

Eva is a fantastic tutor. She lets me work at my own pace and is happy to explain or expand on anything with which I am having difficulty. She is flexible during lessons to cover topics or subjects that I mention, whilst still steering to cover the course topics.

I want to learn modern Greek, but for more than just holiday use, i.e grammar etc and Eva is happy to do this on a longer term basis, over and above the 8 hours survival etc on the site. I have no doubt however, that if I was looking for holiday use, she would be sending me off with enough to happily get by.

Having started my lessons with Eva, I hope to continue indefinitely. You can find a lot of 'teach yourself' languages courses on the internet, but nothing beats actual interaction and being able to talk/refine pronunciation with another person, especially with someone for whom it is their mother tongue.

Apart from all of that, Eva is a lovely, friendly lady, and she makes me coffee!!!!
