I am a qualified Grammar School teacher. I motivate students to strive to achieve beyond their potential, boosting confidence and clarifying their understanding of concepts.

Tutoring Experience

I have taught in a variety of schools for a number of years and have tutored professionally for over 18 years.

Each student has achieved very well and each has become greatly more confident in their ability.

Many parents have commented on my ability to help the students develop a passion for maths and many of these students have consequently gone on to study the subject further.

Tutoring Approach

I am a friendly, approachable teacher who develops the students understanding and confidence in the subject. I know both the modern and old school methods taught across the local schools, of which I can teach depending on the students preferred method.

I aim to work alongside the school that they attend, taking on board any feedback given to the student by their school teacher, this allows the student to make progress quicker through their school work and understanding of the subject.
