Graduated from a Maths degree from Brunel University (2.1), enthusiastic about teaching others about all aspects of Maths! For tutoring opportunities at your house, I normally do 2 hour sessions fortnightly. I don't tend to tutor at my house.
I work 8 to 4:30 Mon-Fri. I am quite booked up at the moment with clients and so weekends are good times for me. Happy to do ad hoc sessions, and more nearer exams (January, May, June)/less during holidays (Summer hols). Contact me and we can find something that suits us both :)
I have continuous experience in teaching students from primary school level all the way up to degree level. I have worked in primary schools and secondary schools, throughout the years. My specialist topics would be GCSE, and C1, C2, C3, C4, S1, S2 and D1 (A-Level modules). I am not familiar with Mechanics modules. I tend not to teach GCSE too much, but I will during quieter periods.
I am extremely patient and approach a simplistic and creative way to learning, such that my students can learn in the best way possible. I often like my students to do examples, to ensure maximum understanding and confidence in the topic. I normally do these examples with them.
I like the students not to see me as a teacher, and I will try and get to know them as people as well as students. I am happy for GCSE students to talk to me about A-Level choices etc., and A-Level students to talk to me about university - I am passionate about education and helping people make the correct decisions for their career.
