I am a fully qualified Primary School Teacher with 5 years teaching experience. I am passionate about teaching maths and dedicated to helping children achieve their goals through delivering high quality tuition.

Tutoring Experience

I have gained a wealth of experience in teaching maths in a variety of school settings in England, as well as in a private international school. This has led to the development of a deeper understanding of how children of varying abilities and with different needs can be supported to achieve their best.

I have also acquired a strong knowledge of the maths curriculum, and, in turn, the expectations for pupils at different stages of primary school. This has allowed me to accurately assess children's understanding of different mathematical concepts and to help them progress through tackling any misconceptions.

Tutoring Approach

To support children in their learning of maths, lessons are fun and personalised to meet their interests and needs. They are actively encouraged to explain their understanding of different concepts and to make connections between them. Regular praise also features highly, enabling them to grow in confidence as they continue to progress.
