I'm Dan Removed, an experienced secondary school Science and Chemistry teacher working in West London. I am passionate about my topic, and find it very rewarding to help students achieve their full potential and reach their goals.

Tutoring Experience

I worked as a Research Chemist, as well as working in a pathogen laboratory before deciding to train as a teacher. Since then, I have had several years of experience teaching in Schools in West London. I have worked with a wide range of students of different abilities, but have succeeded in assisting them to reach their targets.

Tutoring Approach

I believe all students who want to achieve well in my subject are capable of doing so. Be it to open up options for future jobs by securing a pass at GCSE, or to achieving the highest grades possible in preparation for an application for a medical degree, my approach has been proven successful.
I break down the specific content students require into manageable sizes and work through this with them, helping scaffold their learning to avoid any misconceptions, resulting in tutees having a deep understanding of the required content and being well prepared to sit their exams.
