Hi there! I'm Claudia, 34 years old from Italy. I'm an Anthropology Ph.D. student and Associate Lecturer at Goldsmiths College, where I teach Anthropology of Art and Visual Anthropology to Undergraduate students. I have a BA and MA in Film Studies from the University of Pise and Rome (summa cum laude), and a MA in Anthropology from the University of Rome (summa cum laude).
I've been living in London for 5 years now. In the past 10 years, I lived in different countries and traveled around the world. I researched in indigenous villages in India and Mexico within the frame of my anthropological studies. I'm a very enthusiastic and communicative person :)
I currently teach Anthropology to Undergraduate students at Goldsmiths, University of London. In the past, I have taught Italian and English in Mexico and France. Alongside with my PhD, I'm also studying for the Postgraduate Certificate of Teaching and Learning in Higher Education, which is helping me to develop effective teaching strategies.
I welcome university students and adult learners with a basic, intermediate or advanced level of Italian for one-to-one or group sessions. I have a dynamic and interactive teaching style, drawing from film, art, music and all the subjects you might be interested in. Your class will be always tailored according to your needs.
I give classes in my nice house in Brockley or in a café if you prefer.
