Tutoring Approach

I have a very simple approach to teaching. The number one thing to do is to understand the student's strength and weakness with respect to the subject in question. This enables me to fully understand the best tutoring manner successfully applicable. I have a strong belief that assessing the student at the end of every session helps to uncover the success journey so far.
