I qualified as a UK Solicitor with Master of Research (MRes), Master of Laws (LLM), Bachelor of Laws (LLB Hons) and PGCE with teaching observatiions graded 'outstanding' from UCL (University College London). I have helped many students to improve their grades to a very strong second class upper (2.1), first class (1st) and distinction levels. I worked in private legal practice prior to moving voluntarily into legal education, therefore not practicing at the moment. I am presently working as a Law Lecturer. I have excellent legal research, teaching and communication skills with competence in the use of standard software applications. I am able to teach face to face and over the internet.
I have high quality experience in teaching the following: Land Law, Equity & Trusts, Contract Law, Criminal Law, English Legal System, Tort, International Law, Property, Constitutional and Administrative law, Employment, EU Law, Civil Litigation, Human Rights Law, Business law, Company law, Immigration, Personal Injury, Evidence, Client Care Skills, Legal Research Skills, Introduction to Law & Practice and Professional Ethics.
My approach to tutoring is making the subject interesting by using familiar examples.
