I am an enthusiastic and inspiring teacher. I like to make learning fun and I can teach pupils of all ages - whether you are a native speaker of English needing help with reading and writing, a learner of English as a foreign language or you have a primary school child who needs help with Maths, I would love to help.
You can come to my house or I can come to yours if that is convenient (but there will be an extra charge for this). If you are learning English as a Foreign Language, I can teach you online. I love meeting people!

Tutoring Experience

I have decades of teaching experience in both primary, lower secondary and adult education.
For foreign learners of English, I can help pupils from elementary to advanced. I have taught learners from all over the world. I have successfully prepared students for Cambridge exams as well as IELTS, but if you prefer just to practise speaking, that's fine as well.

Tutoring Approach

My approach will depend on you! I am patient and I will adapt my teaching to suit the way that you or your child learns best. I will find appropriate and fun materials to guide their learning. I can help with reading through phonics and 'look and say'. I have trained in techniques to assist pupils with dyslexia.
Please note that I only offer online tuition to learners of English as a foreign language, not primary or secondary school children.
