I believe in listening to my students and helping them in any areas which they feel they need the most help. I like to use real life examples and teach people things that will be relevant in their work and home life. I think conversational English is very important and I allow my students to talk and ask questions about life in the UK.
I also provide real life examples where reading and writing are concerned. Using real life, relevant examples such as application forms, leaflets and books to help learners to develop real and accurate usage of written English and understand different types of text that they will see often. Most importantly I show my student's their progress and celebrate their successes whilst continuously developing any areas which they may struggle with.
