I have just finished studying for a masters in Psychology of Mental Health at the University of Edinburgh.
For two years, I worked as a strategy consultant for the energy industry at Accenture in London after graduating in 2015 from the University of Nottingham with a Masters Degree in Physics (1st class honours), specialising in Cosmology and Astrophysics.
I grew up in London and attended Watford Grammar School for Boys. I achieved 2 A*s and 2 As at A level, and 10 A*s and an A at GCSE.
In my spare time, I make pottery, I bake and keep fit through going to the gym and playing squash.
While studying in Edinburgh, I taught 15 students (aged 15-18) for the year 2017/18.
Previously, I had taught full time, totally 26 students at any one time.
Whilst studying Physics in Nottingham I tutored 15 GCSE and A level students in Physics and Maths, all of whom achieved above and beyond their expected grades. I really enjoy tutoring and strongly feel this comes across in lessons.
I believe all students are capable of understanding and excelling in Mathematics and Physics, they just sometimes need a personalised, patient and flexible approach. This is what I try to provide for all of my students, and have so far received very positive feedback.
