An experienced 11+ exam tutor with over 13 successful years in preparing children to secure places at top grammar, state and private schools.

I strongly believe that every child is different and requires a different approach in teaching.

I love education and strongly believe that giving your child a good foundation is key to their future success. I have helped kids to secure places at top independent schools with a scholarship hence I have the skills, education and passion to offer a thorough and enjoyable learning experience.

I give face to face and online tuition from aged 5 - 16 year olds. A specialist in 11 + prep but also teach Maths, Science and English till GCSES.

Tutoring Experience

I have been providing a tuition service for over 13 years. I have a masters degree, helping children achieve at school gives me immense personal satisfaction as I am passionate about education. I have sound knowledge of the national curriculum and preparing kids for 11+ exams for grammar, state, and independent schools.
I have secured places for children at prestigious schools including; Tiffin, Wallington High school, Trinity Boys, Wilsons, Streatham and Clapham High, Wimbledon High School, Alleyns, Whitgift School, Dulwich, Graveney School, and Kingsdale.

I am pleased to say that most of my tutees who have applied for independent schools have secured a place. This proven track record of success for the 8th year running has made my service popular with parents.

Tutoring Approach

My approach is simple - Building confidence in the child is the key, this can be only be achieved through praising and consistent effort and adapting the lessons to the child's needs, ability and personality.

I strongly believe in the consistency and reinforcement of learning on a regular basis. I set them challenges based on their ability. Focusing on past exam papers and making sure that each child progresses speedily and understands their own strengths and weaknesses.

I give the parents regular feedback and work closely with them and the child's school to make sure that we cover the syllabus for each term and achieve the targets. Most of my kids are 1 year ahead of their class.
Cancellation policy: I charge for 1 lesson for cancelling advance bookings within 48 hours or less.
