I am a professional qualified Business Management and Administration teacher and work in a South Lanarkshire Council secondary school. I am a young, approachable and friendly teacher currently in my 6th year of teaching.

Tutoring Experience

I have 3 years experience in teaching National 4, 5 and Higher Administration & IT and 3 years experience in teaching National 4, 5, Higher and Advanced Higher Business Management. I am an SQA marker and have good experience marking the Business Management Assignment and Question Paper. I am external verifier for Advanced Higher Business Management.

I create my own engaging teaching materials ensuring they match needs of all learners.

Tutoring Approach

My approach to tutoring will be tailored around the needs of the individual learner in ensuring their success. Each tutoring session will be focused on areas pupil does not feel confident in or highlighted areas I see need improvement. Set tasks will be given on a weekly basis to be completed for the next session.

I can provide guidance on study skills and have ran various workshops on tips to help pupils revise.
