I am an experienced A Level Chemistry Teacher and currently teach at a sixth form college with over 80 A Level Chemistry students. I have been teaching for the past 10 years and have 6 years of A Level Chemistry teaching.
Tutoring Experience
I have experience of teaching GCSE Physics, chemistry and Biology, which I did for 5 years before concentrating on teaching A Level Chemistry. I could deliver lessons online and will consider face to face tutoring too.
I am familiar with all exam boards, but I currently teach using OCR A exam specification at my college.
Tutoring Approach
The lessons will comprise content delivery with exam question practice built into the lessons. I will also provide exam style practice questions to help students develop exam skills as well as practical skills. I could also provide practice test/assessment to check level of understanding of student and how to support them.
I am happy to tutor year 1 or year 2 students preparing for exams.
