Hi! My name is Anoushka and I am 18 years old. I have recently completed my A Levels and my results were as follows:

Chemistry - A
Biology - A
English Literature - B

I am an enthusiastic and passionate tutor with my students’ understanding being my first priority. I have a strong knowledge of the best techniques that will help students gain a better understanding of their subject and in addition, improve their long term memory and confidence in their subject.

Tutoring Experience

I have tutored a student in GCSE English Language and Literature for a year as well as tutoring students preparing for the 11+ in Maths, Comprehension, Verbal and Non-Verbal Reasoning.

Tutoring Approach

My teaching approach is student centred and mostly depends on the student’s concerns and improvements surrounding their subject. I have many techniques which I would definitely implement into my lessons such as focusing on how to answer exam style questions, recall and improving long term memory. I believe I have a very strong understanding of how the exam boards require students to answer questions and the things that exam boards are most likely to focus on in the exams.
