Personal Description:

I am a I am a highly motivated person with 6 years experience in private tuition. I have graduated from the University of Bristol in 2016 acquiring a First Class Honours Masters degree (MEng) in Electronic and Communications Engineering.

Outside of tuition, I am a keen programmer and iOS app developer. I am also a creative artist with years of experience in dance, music and the performing arts, having performed in various shows including Breakin' Convention. Therefore I am a person who likes to combine technology, logic, problem solving, and creativity in the things I do including tuition.

Tutoring Experience:

Since my school days I have always tutored peer students and younger students. After getting a lot of positive feedback on my teaching style and seeing the positive impact this had on my tutees and their studies, I decided to become a private tutor. I have been doing this now for 6 years and I am proud to say that my tutees have always benefited and enjoyed lessons my lessons and this has been reflected on their grades. I have tutored students from all levels starting from school (Key Stage 3/ Year 6) up to university level students. Subjects I tutor include Mathematics, the Sciences, programming, as well as advanced university Electrical and Electronic modules.

Tutoring Approach:

I love challenging myself to breaking down a concept or module into smaller and simpler terms for the tutee to digest. I have received feedback from my tutees saying that I have the ability to make something that once seemed very difficult in class into something that is surprisingly easy. I would like to think that this is my approach and what makes me a very effective tutor.
