I chose to learn Spanish as a hobby rather than a need and soon realised I would like more interaction than Duolingo or CD / book courses could offer. Miguel was my first choice as I was very keen to have a native speaker as an instructor. I have found his style friendly, encouraging and supporting especially when the subject matter can be a little more challenging. We started with face to face classes and with lockdown moved to an online Skype format. I will say that this has not affected my enjoyment or pace of learning and has allowed me to continue my lessons at a time when the distraction is very welcome. Muchas gracias Miguel

We have been having Spanish lessons with Miguel for almost 2 years now and look forward to our lessons every week. Miguel is extremely friendly and approachable, he makes the lessons so enjoyable that they often don't even feel like lessons and we find ourselves progressing naturally. He makes the lessons really engaging, tailored to our interests and relevant to how we'd use our Spanish. We don't always find the time to practice between lessons as much as we'd like, but Miguel is very patient and encouraging, happy to go at our pace. We would highly recommend Miguel to anyone who is looking to learn Spanish, he is the best! :D
