Personal Description:
I have over 20 years of experience in teaching Computing, Maths and Science from primary to university level and in industry. Currently, I am a Computer Science Lecturer. I hold several qualifications including PhD in Digital Innovation & Management (finalising), MSc in Information and Communication Technologies & International Development, BEd (Physics, Maths and Teaching methods), and PGD (Computer Science). I am also completing PGCE. My specialisms are STEM subjects primarily Computer Science, Mathematics and Physics.
I am determined to offer a professional tutorship to learners through adaptive and personalised learning strategies. I explore and utilise strategies that fit your goals . My services is embedded in a strong professionalism, discipline, ethics and responsibility.
My extensive online and face-to-face tutoring experience equipped me to understand and respond to the needs and goals of diverse students and parents. These include adopting diverse teaching methods and technologies, using tailored content, and monitoring learners' progresses towards defined goals. My creative and personalised approaches have enabled many of my past students to succeed. These include passing exams (GCSEs, A levels, and T Levels, etc) with outstanding results , securing places in prestigious universities, completing their degrees with high merits and distinctions, and securing jobs.
