Environment:
Worked in the Project of “Federal Government Data Centre/Intranet (FGDC/I)”

Aim of the project:
• Provision of Basic IT Infrastructure to Federal Government of Pakistan.
• Establishment of LAN and provisioning of Hardware and Licensed Software to 40 divisions of Federal Government.
• Establishment of High Speed Metropolitan Area Network for interconnectivity of 52 major entities of Federal Government and Data Centre.

Responsibilities:
• Manage the productions servers for Government organization and ministries.
• Configure/deploy/manage the software based centralized antivirus, IDS and Firewalls.
• Configure/manage/monitor all the networking equipments (routers, Switches, DSL Modems, Firewalls etc.)
• Manage the local area networks of Government departments / ministries.
• Management and troubleshooting of the Network applications, equipments and infrastructure installed at different government offices and Data Centers.
• Interaction with end users to provide support regarding software and hardware related issues.
