Very approachable and willing to understand the issue at hand, and extremely patient to work with the learner at their own pace. A good listener that treats each learner as an individual in terms of catering to each tutee's individual learning needs, for example customising handouts and worksheets to cater for different types of learning styles. Opportunities are given for the learner to build on their skills with extra practise materials and resources in order to empower the learner. I am always updating my own skills so that the quality of tutoring remains at a high standard.
