Information About Susan Carol - Bristol trainer

Personal Description:

I am a friendly single mature woman who has been interested in IT since Bill Gates founded Microsoft! I also have interests in the theatre and the arts in the South West and set up a web site for the drama club of which I am a member. I have spent the last 20 years working as an Office Manager for a firm of accountants and it has been in this role that I have developed most of my IT knowledge.

Training Experience:

Currently working toward an IT & Computing degree with the Open University.

Training Approach:

I break the lessons down into small portions and try not to overload the student with too much IT information in one go. I believe it is important for the student to take notes and also at the same time to 'work the mouse' themselves. This way I feel they are more likely to remember the process of what is happening on the screen.
