Personal Description:
I am a certified IT/Networking support professional with 10+ years of IT experience in the different track of technical career. Spent most times in support field learning various issues and to be dealt with them. Experienced in working with people from different background. Good at cause analysis and resolving problems. I aimed to gain a number of certification from Microsoft , Cisco and ITIL. Still working on to gain the remaining.
As a matter of fact I am progressing to one of my degree. which made me realise my skills of teaching IT and passion for learning new stuff.
Training Experience:
Helped a lot of since I was I was learning myself. every single human is one of their kind. More people I have helped training, there is always something to learn back from them because having a completely different view of seeing things.
