Personal Description:

I run a highly experienced **Contact Detail Removed** with a successful track record of providing professional services in both IT support and training roles to blue-chip clients and social services. Our skill and expertise are recognised by a succession of long contracts and extensions as testament to a strong focus on customer service and the ability to get things done.

We provide IT skills in training, administration, desktop and network support roles (1st, 2nd and 3rd line) across many environments, these are supplemented by a thorough understanding of training provision and delivery, particularly when dealing with users inexperienced in the use of computers.

Training Experience:

A qualified trainer with over 20 years IT experience. I have recently successfully delivered an award winning nationwide training programme over five years to 2,000+ people in over 300 locations. The ‘SWIMS’ project provided healthcare staff with training in the industry standard IBS Open Housing system. Training was delivered on location around the country, initially utilising the unique PCCoaching technology, and later using in-house facilities.

JEB Teachers Certificate in IT / JEB General Teaching Principles (2001/2002) (Level 2 Teaching Qualification).

I am patient and understand the needs of my clients; I understand what it is to lack confidence and be afraid of learning new things and my approach to this is simplify, remove jargon and computer speak, never make false assumptions about my clients ability to understand information and, most of all, treat my client as an adult.
